Hosting and monitoring of the software applications sold to our clients are at the heart of our business strategy. I-COM’s organization is designed to perfectly deal with production sensitive operational context. We can manage on behalf of our clients a set of production and monitoring services driven by convenient SLA (Service Level Agreement), that itself is a part of the global contract ruling the game between the parties. Do you know that I-COM hosts and monitors more than 30 production servers on behalf of its customers, welcoming more than 50’000 visits a day (1.5 millions a month) transforming themselves into 1’000 orders a day? Catalogue Management Services Dealing with thousands of IT SKUs is a daily nightmare faced by all the players working in the IT Channel. But displaying the right product content and the right price at the right time is essential to build confidence and optimise online sales. As a consequence, first class Catalogue Management is very important. That’s why I-COM has created a team offering business expertise and services around that topic. Fully integrated into our global software offering, we do cover through these services tasks like monitoring products, their statuses and list of items, reference matching between manufacturers’ part numbers and distributors’ SKU numbers, getting access to distributors’ availability and stock information, sourcing rich multimedia content from 3rd party companies like HP (Provisioner), CNET, Open Range, e-nitiative… 90% of I-COM’s customers have one day or the other subscribed to some of the Catalogue Management Services. Support, Training and Roll-Out management To ensure faster and greater possible acceptance of new solutions into clients’ organizations, I-COM offers as well training, support (1st level and 2nd level) and roll-out management services at the European level. We can for instance, within a roll-out plan, put in place call centres team that could deliver well defined messages to a selected audience, help train people over the phone, check satisfaction rate or collect claims.
