What is our solution?
We offer services of qualified off-shore developers (PHP, .NET…) from 1 800 € exc. VAT / month for long periods of time and 100 € exc. VAT / day for short periods.

Our developers are selected after very selective recruitment tests.

Each developer is evaluated every month internally and by the customer they work for.
All developers are also periodically tested on specialized sites such as www.expertrating.com where they can also pass tests of certification.

Furthermore, the customer can test them before project start.

Developers are 100% dedicated to the customer and their activity is controlled daily by I-COM Software.

Some I-COM Profile features
- The customer defines the profile and can participate in the recruitment
- The developers are dedicated full-time to the project of the customer
- The customer has a direct access to their developer(s)
- The developers have proven technical skills
- All contacts take place in English with classic messaging system (email) and instant messaging system (Skype)
- The developers are supervised daily locally and from France
- The developers are evaluated every month
