An e-commerce solution dedicated to Distributors
I-COM Software - 7 years of experience in
e-commerce solutions - launches today its Distri-Portal
solution. « Taking advantage of our close collaboration with
IT distributors, we have developed an e-commerce offer adapted
to the specific needs of distributors, whatever their field of
activity », says Damien Basselier, CEO of I-COM Software.
A specific and innovative solution
Distri-Portal is based on the knowledge of I-COM Software in:
- E-commerce management,
- Electronic catalogue management,
- Electronic transactions management.

The offer integrates new modules specific to the trade of distributors, such as:
- Destocking management,
- Management of reseller credit lines (outstanding),
- Optimized engine for resellers price rules,
and many other functional modules.
Moreover, using a library of connectors, the solution can be easily interfaced with a distributor’s ERP, simplifying all the processes of the company.
An expertise in e-commerce recognized by distributors
Since its creation in 2001, I-COM Software has deployed solutions in
SaaS mode (Software as a Service) for the actors of the distribution
market, as well as solutions dedicated to resellers and Chanel
Management programs for manufacturers.
In 2002, I-COM Software launched its distributor e-commerce business by implementing the e-shop of SQP, a French distributor based in Lyon (www.sqp.fr), for their retailers.
