Xerox shortens the removal process for old copiers
In order to shorten the removal process for old copiers, Xerox
adds new functionalities to Purchasing Portal developed and
operated by I-COM Software and used by all its Concessionaires.
The Concessionaires can now control whether a copier can be
removed from the Customers premises and send the removal order
to the carrier, this within 24 hours.
This new functionality developed by I-COM software
by interconnecting Xerox Legacy Information System to the
Purchasing Portal is now available for all Xerox Concessionaires.
It will be electronically interconnected with the Carrier
Information System so that the whole process is fully electronic
thus lowering costs and improving efficiency of the whiole
process.
