BRUSSELS (Belgium), December 6th , 2011 – Ingram Micro Logistics, a division of Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and supply chain management services, today announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with I-Com Software.

Headquartered in Issy Les Moulineaux, France, I-Com Software is a major developer of e-commerce solutions and is behind a lot of the major web stores for B2C and B2B Distribution players in Europe.

Ingram Micro Logistics and I-Com partner to provide their customers a smooth and superior service. This new cooperation agreement brings a full range of services to the B2B and B2C markets covering web shop design, cloud solutions with rich marketing features and end user delivery including reverse logistics. The combination of both companies strengths results in a seamless process, fully integrating secure online transactions and physical distribution.
